High strength & viscosity product which helps to prevent loosening through vibration & leakage of threaded fasteners. Cure time 12 hours to achieve full strength on steel. Not recommended for use on plastics. A-276 modified is an Anaerobic Plastic Gasket in the form of a Viscous Paste and it is used to give High Strength threadlocker. Replaces Cord or Paper Gaskets, eliminating problems of relaxation which gives rise to Bolt Tension Loss. Typical applications are Sealing Transmission Assemblies in Rigid applications.
